By using the masedes website, mobile application, or booking our cleaning and detailing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
All bookings require valid contact information including name, email, phone, and service address. Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, e-transfer, and cash. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings are honored at the quoted rate.
We understand that plans change. Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a $35 cancellation fee. If our team arrives and cannot access the property or vehicle due to locked doors, no entry, or incorrect address, a $35 trip fee will apply.
To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
We stand behind our work. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return and re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover issues caused by pre-existing conditions or unrealistic expectations.
masedes is not liable for pre-existing damage, items of sentimental or high monetary value, or damages exceeding the total service fee paid. We recommend securing all valuables, cash, jewelry, and important documents before our team arrives. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking. You may not misuse our website or services for any unlawful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent bookings, harassment of staff, or attempting to bypass our booking system.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
